I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to Beth, the boys and all of Jack´s extended family members. I was blessed to have had the benefit of working for Jack. Honesty, compassion and an unending desire to improve the community he cared so much for. So many of the educational opportunities and infrastructure that the citizens of the greater Alton area take for granted today, Jack had a major hand in bringing to fruition . . . and is why Jack will live on in so many ways in the Riverbend...
