Shocked and saddened to learn of Jeff's passing.
Was fortunate to have spent my formative years in the company of teenage Jeff in southern Delaware as we did our best to figure out the next step. Our high school years together in '60s Milford can only be described as a kick, chock full of stories and adventures.

I had the opportunity to know Jeff from our years together at Davis & Elkins College as fraternity brohters. Later I again had the opportunity to serve with Jeff, and his wife Nancy, as employees of the State of West Virginia. I knew Jeff to be fully dedicated to the cause and to do the right thing at the right time. So sorry to hear. Thinking of and praying for Nancy and the family!

I remember Jeff fondly as a classmate and a fraternity brother at Davis & Elkins College and as a roommate in Morgantown when we were both grad students at WVU. In fact, we celebrated my 21st birthday together at Brandywine Raceway near Wilmington, DE, on August 19, 1971. Yes, we drank a few. My condolences on the loss of Jeff. May he rest in peace and may all of us find comfort in memories of him.
