Not sure what to say?

Mr. Heywood was an excellent teacher. I recall him bringing unloaded firearms to class to illustrate his lectures. That was one innovative way to grab and keep the attention of a bunch of sophomores. I and many other alumni are grateful for his passion and are better men for having been taught by him.

Mary, Jenny and Kathy,

You ladies are great. So sorry for your loss.

I was so sorry to hear about John's passing. My sympathy to the family. He was such a pleasure to work with at Parma-Snow Library, very smart & amiable. We all enjoyed the baked goodies he brought to us from a bakery in Lakewood. He was a memorable co-worker.

John was a true Ignatius gentleman. He bled blue and gold. It was always fun to be in his company- pick a topic and he'll give you an interesting viewpoint. John was a person who understood the responsibilities of dedication to family and friends. He also helped make Ignatius a great school. Our sympathy to your family. Adele and Bill Malley, Venice, FL

Mary, Greg & family,
We are so sorry for the loss of your Dad. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

John was such a delight to work with at the library. He was a true professional, always courteous, kind and generous. The patrons loved him, as we did. How lucky we were to have known him. We always enjoyed seeing your Mom at the various parties, too. God Bless all of you.
