John Douglas Hickerson

We send condolences and prayers to all of you from all of the "Ramsay Clan" in Berea, Kentucky. Doug was very dear to us, and we are glad to have been able to keep up with him some in the years since he left Berea. We'll plant a tree for him here at Happiness Hills Farm and Retreat, our family place near Berea.

I met Doug when he worked for Monroe County Special Olympics. He was one of the kindest men I have ever met. He helped my athletes through there journey in MCSO. His kindness was shared by so many. My heart is sad to see him leave us. May he rest in peace knowing how many lives were touched by his kind heart. God Bless his family and loved ones.
