Yesterday was the two month
anniversary of your death. I still can
not believe you are gone. I spent
NY Eve with our dear friends the
Higgins and the Quinns and I was very
happy to do so but we all are grieving.
Love you,
Carol O'Brien

At Fresh Pond Golf Course, where we both played, you never know who you will get matched up with. It was always a relief to see John waiting when I walked down to the tee. He was a kind and gentle man, and a great golfing partner. I last played with him just a few weeks ago. It was my first round since a major injury, and he could not have been more patient and generous. I will miss him.
