Not sure what to say?

I extend our most profound sympathy to you and the daughters.

Dr. Hickham straightened my teeth when I was 13, in 1973. I remember his office, the staff, the wall full of patient photos, and most of all just how cool he was. I don't mean that to be trite--he really kept things relaxed and fun for us nervous kids going home with braces all tightened up. A big smile for you, Dr. Hickham.

As a young adult, Dr. Hickham was my first employer. Working with him inspired me in so many ways and changed my life. I've always thought of him as more than a boss. He was a mentor and a friend. I will remember him fondly forever.

My condolences to his wife, Nancy, his daughters and all of his family on the loss of a great man.

I worked for Dr. Hickham many years ago. I respected and admired him and have many fond memories. Some very funny. He was a wonderful man and will be missed. The prayers of my family are with you.

I am sorry for your loss for you and the family. Take care. Denise Gresse previous office manager for Dr. Charles Sicard.

Dr. Hickham was my daughter's orthodontist and did a beautiful job of straightening her teeth. She loved him and he always made her chuckle with his antics. It was always a pleasure for me to go to his office and visit with Nancy. I am sorry to learn of his death and send my love to those who loved and will miss him. My prayer is that God will give you His peace as you grieve and that your wonderful memories of Dr. Hickham will bring you comfort. Sincerely, Mary Idiaquez
