Not sure what to say?

Thanks to the internet, while doing some searches for someone else, I came across Mr Hickman's obituary, an old neighbor! I remember the Hickman family very well from the old neighborhood at Seneca and Barth in Flint. John jr, you may not remember me, but I remember all of you, especially both of your parents who were always so nice to us kids in the neighborhood. I lived across from the Cameron's and next to Josephs on Barth St. In the early 1960s, your mother rode a bicycle with all of...

Hi John, I just heard from my sister Carol that your dad died. Unfortunately, my mom forgot to tell me. My memories as far back as I can remember include your mom and dad. Your mom and dad were always so loving, and funny, and sweet.
The trips they all took together, the golfing, weddings, etc., etc., etc.. I loved them so much and I have always admired both of them. Renee

Dear John: We were so sorry to hear of you Dad's passing. Bruce & I have many fond memories of your Dad & Mother over the years. We appreciated your Dad keeping in touch right up to a few months ago. He was also a big help with the Hickman family tree. May the many happy memories that you have help you through this difficult time and may the Lord be your comfort and strength. Hugs, Bruce & Ev (nee Jones) Pitts

Jack and his Maxine are now together. It was an honor to know Jack and Maxine. Jack thanks for the little reminder you gave me to remember Maxine. Now I have a piece of both of you. Enjoyed your many email postings. Debbie
