I wish to offer my sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Hils. I cannot express how much I appreciate this man. In 1967 Mr. Hils was my drafting instructor at the Springfield-Clark County JVS. Through his teaching and encouragement, I enjoyed a career as a draftsman later he directed me to an opportunity to become a drafting teacher myself.
