Not sure what to say?

I just came across this information and was saddened. Somehow we are related. I am the great grandson of John Sherman Hoar (Acton) and wife Lydia Whitney, Grandson of Edwin Barker Hoar who took the name Whitney when he moved to St. Louis. I am sorry for your loss. [email protected]

To all of you,
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts '
I cannot begin to tell you how much all of your condolences, letters, sympathy cards and mass live letters have meant to my family. We are so appreciative of all the support we have been given. My father has given all of us so much and I just want to keep him in our hearts forever. Please continue to share your stories as he was beside us. That is the way he would like it!!
Thank You

To the entire Hoar and Foley clan, our deepest sympathies.A good man has been taken early.. Jackie will be taking care of his family from afar...
I first met the twins when I was 8.They showed their Foley cousin around the Hill..while on a visit to my grandmother's...That first impression stuck with me forever....Always kind, gracious and thoughtful.....And never changed......
From Post 430 to Cathedral and beyond, I was always so proud to say that Jackie was my cousin.

Dear Mr. Hoar,
I wait each morning to see you walk up to get your paper. Your gentle smile and hello made the world seem a kind and lovely place. I miss waving to you while you polish your car. I miss seeing you enjoy your new beautiful lawn. Your faith in me made me a better person. Your faith in Richie comforted him when he felt so disconnected from his family. Your sense of humor painting a green clover on our driveway as we laughed about Richie's "Italian" heritage will always be...

To John & Family,
My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your whole family. Lefty
was a good man. I'm sorry I missed
the wake.

Take Care,

Mark (MAC) McCarthy & Family
