Not sure what to say?

I think of him often. We attended Loyola U in Rome, Italy and had a great time in the home of the 5 day weekend. He was a good friend..Mike Conway

John and I were good friends, along with others in the neighborhood, on Sherman Avenue. Until we meet again, blessings to you, John.

Mary, you do not know me. My name is Mike (moe)Conway. John and I went to school in Rome for jr yr abroad. I visited him in Hamilton after our year in Rome then lost touch. I just googled his name thinking we could reconnect after many years and found this sad news. I wish I had acted sooner! My condolences. After 60 yrs he is still with me as a good friend, fun companion and honorable guy..

Please accept our sincere condolences and prayers.

Mary Beth and family. My deepest sympathy on your loss of a super good guy. He will be missed in a community he enriched. God Bless Peter

I met and served with John in the Ohio National Guard for six years. I remember him as being a smart, cool headed, and fun-loving person. I especially remember having lunch with him and other fellow officers when our summer annual training was located at an Army Depot which included an officer's club. We lost track of each other at the conclusion of our military service commitment and often wondered what John did on his life's journey. May he rest in peace and forever be in God's hands.

Mary, I'm so sorry to hear about John. I enjoyed working with him. He was one of the best and always nice. Thinking of you and your family. Diane Rook

So very sorry to hear of the passing of John! He will be missed by so many family and friends! Prayers for all!

John was truly one of the finest men I have known. Bev and I will have Mary Beth and his family in our hearts and prayers. We were privileged to have been his friends. Rest In Peace Whipper!
