John Michael Holmes

John was born on June 10, 1943 and passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017. John was a resident of Duluth, Minnesota at the time of passing. He graduated in 1961 from Austin High School. He attended Lutheran Bible Institute. John attended the University of Minnesota before graduating in St. Paul MN from William Mitchell College of Law. He served two years in the U.S. Army in the late 1960's at Fort Sill Oklahoma. A memorial service will not be held but family and friends will gather to remember Mike this summer at Lake Vermilion. Final arrangements and cremation are handled by Sunrise Funeral Home. Burial will be in Virginia at a later date.
