Jack was born on November 27, 1938 in Chelsea, MA to the late Walter Hooton and Pearl Titcomb Hooton Lailer. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his step-father, William Lailer.

Jack was a beloved father and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him. He was a patriotic American who served in support of our great nation for more than 55 years.
