Not sure what to say?

Well Jack, it has been four weeks and I am still thinking about all that you did for me going back 40 years. I can't help but think, even in your passing, you were behind the text message chain between TO, TK, and myself. I truly wished we could have talked one last time; hearing that you wanted to reach out to me was very emotional and much needed. I want to say thank you for all that you did for me - you became Dad #2 when my father passed away (some kids don't have or choose not to have...

He will be missed at our men's condo breakfast group. He shared his humor at Brookdale with other residents. He was a very good man. He was a longtime friend and neighbor. May he Rest In Peace.

I had the pleasure of taking care of Mr. Hornak and his family every Sunday for morning breakfast at Bluemound Gardens for years.

One thing I will always remember is his smile.

My deepest condolences to his entire family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.♥❤

Dear Hornak Family,

I was fortunate to get to know the Hornak family thru my parents and also was fortunate to know Julie and Mary. What a great family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Mary Pat and family, Dick and I wish to share our condolences to you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time for your loss. May Bob rest in eternal peace with our Heavenly Father. Your friends, Dick and Pat Limbach

My condolences for your loss. May the words at Isaiah 35:5,6 give you comfort and peace.

I was fortunate to have known Jack for over forty years - first as his customer and later as his friend. He majored in packaging supplies but also dispensed warmth and good humor. He was never at a loss for a good story, or three.

I offer my deepest condolences to Mary Pat and their family.

John Scott (JCPenney Catalog)

I was fortunate to have known Jack for over forty years - first as his customer (at JCPenney Catalog) and later as his friend. He was one of the most pleasant men I have ever known.

Jack sold packaging products but he majored in humor.

My deepest condolences to Mary Pat and their extended family.

John S. Scott

So sorry to hear about your Dad. He is in a better place. Our Prayers and thoughts are with you.
