Hornburg, John T., passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the age of 31.
Beloved son of Patricia Hornburg (nee Taylor) and Bradley (Connie) Hornburg. Dear brother of Todd (Laura) Hornburg, Shari (Nick) Miskov and Kate Hornburg. Loving father of Evan Hornburg. Loving friend of Karen Abel and Gage Abel. Dear uncle of Grace, Nicholas and Jacob.
Services: Funeral Mass at Holy Infant Catholic Church, Ballwin, Monday, 10:00 a.m. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Evan Hornburg Scholarship Fund. Visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road, Ballwin, Sunday 3 until 7 p.m. Friends may sign the family's on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.

I didnt know John all that well butI will always remember him for his witty sense of humor, especially with guitar in hand. My heart goes out to his family.

Has to be an emptiness when we lose one of ours, and especially a child. We will remember your son in our visits to the Carmelite Monastery.
This particular verse seems apropos:
