Not sure what to say?

I don't know where I've been to have missed the tragic news of Jack's passing. He and I delivered morning and noonday announcements at Kenmore West---my introduction to "broadcasting." Jack made a career of it, and an exemplary one. His mellifluous voice, that I always envied, will remain in my memory. He will be missed by many.

Once in awhile I´d walk to Kenmore West with Jack. His dad sold my mom´s house in the 60´s. There´s a long history of a friendship with Jack since he still lived a few blocks away.I´ll miss bumping into him and seeing his pictures and comments on Facebook.

I am extremely saddened to hear of the passing of Jack. I had the extreme pleasure of working with him at WADV 106.5 RADIO from 1969 - 1970. I recall his kindness in helping me adjust to being a member of that station's air staff. He was a great example of the consummate broadcast professional. Buffalo radio has lost a great voice , personality and gentleman. My sincere condolences to his entire family. Sincerely, Ken Kiedrowski Delta, PA

My deepest sympathies to the family.

I'm so sorry to hear about Jack. This was a shock. He & I stayed in touch on Facebook, after all these years. We were across the street neighbors on Elmwood, when my parent's owned Pfeiffer's. My sincere condolences to the entire Horohoe family.
