John A. House

It has been a great pleasure to have met and known John for the last few years. Our shared interests and our almost weekly visits provided many wonderful conversations on many topics. Kind, thoughtful and understanding, John represented the kind of friend and person we all should aspire to be. To say he shall be missed would be a gross understatement. But I shall always try to keep a little of him in my heart.

To the House family My most sincere condolences on the passing of John. As an 8 year member of the Bville Rod and Gun club I have had the pleasure and honor of shooting with John on Wed mornings. He shared his knowledge of shooting trap and guns in general with all of us members. He will be truly missed.

John was a member of the Baldwinsville Rod & Gun Club's trap team. He shot practice with us for several years before we convinced him to shoot on the team. He never thought he was good enough, but last season he shot a perfect "25". He was a kind and gentle man. Soft spoken but always fun to be with. My condolences to the House family. John and I had many conversations at of the Baldwinsville gun club. I knew him to be a kind and soft spoken man who was always ready with a piece of knowledge or advice, especially about the side by side shotguns he enjoyed so much. We will miss him greatly.
