Dear Jeanne & Family, My sincere sympathy at the sudden loss of your beloved husband.

All of us here in Vermont are thinking about all of you and our sympathies are with you all -

There were family events which caused my family and the Howell's to meet and fellowship. I appreciated the warmth extended by John and his entire family to mine. Even though many months and years passed between those events I always felt welcome. No words can express the hole that John will leave in his family. Our deepest sympathy to the Howell's and Obernier's at this sad time.

To The Howell Family:
I am so sorry to read about the sudden loss of John. He was a wonderful man and I enjoyed working with him at A. T. Clayton. He always had a smile on his face and was so well liked by his co-workers. I know he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you always.
