I was fortunate to work with John, and share an office with him, when he worked at the Federal Power Commission. He was always inquisitive. I fondly remember lunch trips to Posuns deli, and his general enthusiasm fr life. He rekindeled my coin collecting interests with his enthusiasm. He will be sorely missed and I extend my condolences to his family. Joe Kane

John regularly stopped by my office whenever he acquired new coins. He always entertained with his knowledge of the history connected with each acquisition. He was admired and will be remembered for his expertise in engineering and tax matters as well as his generosity toward his co-workers. Those who knew him will remember his deep love of family.
