Dear Peg,Kevin, Katie,Jack, Jim,Mike. and Tim,and all the beautiful grandchildren. I am so very sorry I was not able to make it in for the wake and funeral. My thoughts and prayers were with you all. Loving husband, father, Poppa , and fun, fantastic friend. When I think of the Hughes Clan, I think the perfect example of a loving, fun, Irish family....led by "Smiling Jack" . You set the standard many of us emulated, with a wish to have a love of family you all have.

Jack was a great guy to work with at the Cook county boot camp,he was a man who told great stories about his family, I will must him. God bless you.
