Hello, I am a neighbor of John's in Tucson. I am sending my love and sympathy to Pearl, Bailey and John's family. I am so sorry for your loss.

John myself and two classmates took a trip to the West Coast after our high school graduation. He was the Felix Unger, from the odd couple, on our trip. During our high school years he served as my manager as I aspired to be a great singer. He did not make any money as my manager probably because I did not have the talent. All the laughs we had I´ll not soon forget. Nor will I forget the smart and kind man he was. My best to Pearl and family.

Saddened to see this notice in the Madison paper. My mother, Jean Ann, was John´s first cousin. Though I only saw him a handful of times over the years I am remembering a very nice man. Sending my sympathy to all who loved him. Paula
