John Harley "J" Hughey

Dear Family of John Harley "J" Hughey:

I'm sure sorry I didn't know your loved one but I wish I had met him. We need more down to earth folks like him to make America great again. When I read about his obit I felt a kinship with him as my mother was born and raised in Liberal, Kansas. I also heartily share his political views. Hopefully he and my Dad are up there swapping stories as we speak. So sorry Hughey family, for your loss.

J and I were friends in our teen years. Sounds like he was still the same guy as in those years, ornery, mischevious, fun to run around with in the old '53 ford and always a good friend. I will miss him and I also support his political opinion. Lucky to have known him!!

Truly authentic. Wish I'd known him. Heaven's handyman... "J" is doin' just fine now... but may God provide the peace that passes all understanding for the family he's left behind. May God bless all of you.
