Not sure what to say?

Deputy Chief Hurley,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and secondly for the citizens of Boston when you served with the BFD. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I had the great honor of caring for Jack as his primary care physician from 2000 -2002 while I was a resident at BIDMC. He was a wonderful person and loved by all who met him. I will miss him. My condolences to Mike and the rest of the Hurley family.

Captain Jack was the finest of the finest fire captian of Engine Co 13. Always loyal to the oficers and men. RIP Kevin Mochen Lieutant Engine Co 13 (RET)

To the Hurley Family,
Jack was my Chief on The Arson Squad. We had many years prior to that. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family, (Splicer)

Our thoughts and prayers are with you....as well as the fondest of memories at Bridgton Marina.
