Not sure what to say?

I just recently learned about John´s passing. I drove by his old house on nonotuck. I was his neighbor for a few years. His gardens were beautiful and he was always so helpful and kind. We need more people like John in this world. Your dad was an amazing personnel full of strength and grace

John and Carol Hurley were friends of ours since we were teenagers in the youth group at Second Baptist. We had many get togethers as young married couples. Camping with our young children was always special. We were glad that we reconnected with John and Carol in recent years and had the opportunity to talk to John in early March of this year. Greg, Ed, Lee Jay and families please accept our condolences. RIP John. Keith and Arline Buchanan

Sending condolences to John's family & extended family. So very sorry to hear of John's loss. He was a great neighbor who loved his gardens & his cat Lucy. I will miss our chats. God speed, R.I.P.

Much of the beautiful gardens at Wistariahurst are because of John's dedication and determination to bring the gardens back to life. John loved Wistariahurst and we loved having him here. Condolences to all of John's family.
