Not sure what to say?

When I was a student at Chatham High in the 80's, John was unfailingly kind to me and to my classmates. After I graduated and returned for football games, he always welcomed me back.

All that, and he was alot of fun. I moved away, lost touch and only recently learned of his passing. I am sorry to hear the news.

Rosemarie and family,

I spoke with Kathleen and she told me of John's passing. I am so sorry to hear of it. John was always so pleasant and kind whenever I met him through family events. Bless you all and I will remember him in my prayers.

Warm regards, Mariann Horan

Hyland family: I'm so sorry for your loss. John loved to come to the club every day, smiling, happy, delighted to be here. He would bring in photos of the different birds that he would see on Lower 4. He came every year to every event with his Scottish golf knickers. No one could make me smile and see things the way he did; John will be in our hearts always.
