John was preceded in death by parents, Alfred and Theresa Ignowski; sister, Barbara Bryan; brothers, James Ignowski, David Ignowski, and Patrick Ignowski; niece, Abbie Murch. He is survived by sisters, Helen (Kim) Murch, Lynn Bergman, Joan Ignowski, and Gail (Stan) Siderewicz; brother, Douglas Ignowski; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews.
MILITARY HONORS at the Omaha National Cemetery on Friday, July 29th, at 11am. CELEBRATION OF LIFE at the DAV Hall, 4515 F Street, at 2pm on Saturday, July 30th, 2022.
Donations in his name can be made to Fisher House, 4101 Woolworth Ave., Omaha, NE 68105.
