John Inman

John R. Inman, 67, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in Waukegan, IL, John resided most of his life in Zion, IL. He worked in underground construction with J.R. Myers for over 20 years. He enjoyed his summers in Silver Lake where he met his wife, Virginia. He was an avid bike rider, loved boating, and driving his Jeep over the dunes. Surviving are his wife, Virginia Inman of Fort Wayne; son, Jonathan (Linda) Inman of Zion, IL; son, Jeremy (Tina) Inman of Wadsworth, IL; daughter, Jenifer (Andrew) Young of Fort Wayne, IN; 8 grandchildren, Candace; Maggie; AJ; Tyler; Rachel; Effie; Luci; Amelia; mother, Carol Inman of Zion, IL; brother, James Inman of Zion, IL; sister, Kay (Alvin) Brown of Ottawa, Ontario; brother, Jeff (Debra) Inman of Zion, IL; and many much loved, nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his father, Albert Inman. Service is 4pm Saturday, January 23, 2015 at Lakeview Church, 1821 Sheridan Rd. Zion, IL with calling 2 hours prior beginning at 2:00pm.
