Dear Jean, Barbara and family, Sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I have fond memories of the days on Roslyn Ave. My mom just passed in her 96th year. Miller's, Owens, Schmaltz's and Remington's all moved or passed. Betty Powers I believe is the last of the old neighborhood.
You are right - John had great suits: bought three.
May the Lord bless and keep you.

Hugs from the Parker and Bladergroen family!

It is Always hard to lose a Loved one. Especially a Parent, but take comfort in knowing that your Dad has seen the face of God and is at Peace. The Izzi family is in my Prayers.

To the Izzi family,
How well I remember John's Men's Shop!! You have been so blessed to have such a kind, generous and thoughtful father for so many years.

I have fond memories of the years from 1959 into the 60's, Your dad was a wonderful influence on my former husband who learned so much from your dad while working at John's. It was so sad when his shop was no longer under his ownership.

My heart goes out to all of you. May you find laughter and happiness in your many...

I never met you but I have known your granddaughter Debbie seems like forever, and she is a wonderful person and friend. Fly with the angels. :)

I love you, Pop Pop. You'll be sorely missed.
