Patsy , sorry to hear about the passing of John, he and my older brother Billy Joe were good friends and they played on the basketball team together in old Carrizo, we were all so good friends with Norman, Bobby, and their older brother Frankie. As we all get older and weary in this old life the good Lord gives us rest at last. John lived a long life served his country so what else can a man do.

The older I got, the less I saw of my grandpa. Ill always cherish the memories of we had when I was a child. The camping trips, staying nights over, holidays & birthdays.
Trying to remember this isnt goodbye, but an Ill see you again.
