Not sure what to say?

I’m so sorry, I only just now heard. I was a friend of Jaco and Candice at Baker. Candice, I’ve missed you all these years, I’m so sorry we didn’t keep up. I still cherish my times with you and with Jaco and am so sorry to hear of this terrible loss.

I can take myself back in time to a particular instant that is so sharp in my memory it’s like I’m right there, sitting at dinner one night with Jaco. It’s one of those weird flash-moment memories and I can picture exactly where we...

I have known John since he was a little boy, only incidentally on occasion over the years, and mostly through the shining love I saw for him in the eyes of his parents. I am envious of his family for having such a remarkable son-brother-husband-father in their lives. The loss made me hold on to my own family a little tighter. I can only hope his family's pain lightens in time to come as they cherish his memory.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your son. Deepest condolences......

Group of 10 Memorial Trees

To the entire Jaco family and the loved ones of Dr. John Jaco, I offer my sincerest condolences. As a member of the Bellaire High School Class of 1981, I fondy recall the anticipation and then the news of John's arrival. Blessings to all.

I had the honor of serving with John in Germany. John was a brilliant physician, incredible colleague and had a tremendous sense of humor. After being in Europe for 3 months, I'm convinced he knew more about the country that most locals. Anytime I needed an opinion on a complicated case or good place to eat, etc.. John always had the answer. May you rest in peace and God bless your family.

We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the Jaco family. John was a wonderful person. We have warm memories of John growing up on a long visit to Melbourne Australia with his brother Andrew and parents Bus and Linda and a later Australian family trip.

In HS he was already a serious man and one could see he was going places.

May God rest your soul, Doctor and may the family find peace.
