I was a close friend of Jacks for many years. We were both Business Managers at the same time and worked very close together. Latter were both in DC together and chreished our friendship. I have been Jack's neighbor for 20 years. He is the epitome of A GOOD MAN. He had a wonderful family that made it possible for him to stay in his own home all of his life. One or more of them was always there keeping him company. Now he is in Heaven joining the love of his life. He will be missed by many. Marian Hills
