I just heard of John´s passing. I had the privilege of being inducted with John and a few others into the 1999 Tulane Law Class Order of the Barristers, a national organization recognizing excellence in legal advocacy. It was already apparent back then that John would become an outstanding lawyer, as in fact, he did. I was sorry to hear of his passing, and send my most heartfelt condolences to his wife, children and other family members.
