Dear Patty,
How very shocked and saddend I was to hear of Uncle John's passing. Even though he had not been well for sometime, it is always difficult to accept and say goodbye. I have many fond memories of him as we grew up and will always remember his big smile and strong laugh and extremely big heart. He was such a great man. I pray that god gives you and your mother strength and peace over the coming days and months and I will keep you in my prayers.

He really had a green thumb. I have known him for many years. He was a great man and I will always think of him as a second father.
