Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry to hear about John's passing. I worked with him at Wilsey Foods back in the 80's. He was a kind and fun person, alway smiling, a man with a warm and friendly personality. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace, John.

John was a smile from the inside out! On May 18, 1981, I met John on my first day of work at Wilsey Foods. We became good friends instantly! Even after his employment with Wilsey Foods we remained good friends. We would meet for lunch or he would stop by my house and John, my husband, and I would have a cold beer and lots of laughs. I loved his free spirit! He was an amazing person. He will always stay tucked in my heart... Jackie Bader - Salem, Oregon

In the short time I knew John he tought me what the meaning of being truely happy was. He always had a smile and joke that threatended to take you on a fun journey at any moment. But above all he was a great friend. Miss you deeply John.

IM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT JOHNS PASSING, HE WAS A GREAT PERSON AND A WONDERFUL FRIEND.

John spent the next week or so in his bunk unable to function because of the sunburn. We also barely made it back to the ship several times (too many beers). We had some...
