John Eugene Kawa

John Eugene Kawa, 76, of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a 28-year Quality Assurance Inspector for the U.S. Government at the former Springfield Armory, died at Baystate Medical Center on Monday, August 21, 2000. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, August 24, 2000, 6-9 p.m., at Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main Street, Indian Orchard. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 25, 9 a.m., from the funeral home to Saint Catherine of Siena Church, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial with full military honors will be at Saint Aloysius Cemetery.
