A truly wonderful man, RIP my friend

John was my first boss and mentor out of college. He taught me how to be a banker. I wish I could have told him that before his passing. I look forward to talking to him when its my turn.

Maggie and John,
I am so saddened and sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. He was such a wonderful person and an important part of my life growing up. Wishing this day never came. Much love to you. Maggie, you have done so much for him in the last years and you did a great job taking care of him.

I was very sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a friend and mentor to me and guided me after my appointment as Cook County Comptroller in 1990.He was a true professional and I certainly enjoyed our many lunches together. My apologies for being unable to attend the Mass today. I will have a Mass said and make a donation in his name to Misericordia. My condolences to you all. John Chambers

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure that can fill your hearts with love and bring you peace until the fulfillment of Hosea 13;14 where Almighty God promises " From the power of the grave I will redeem them from death I will recover them." May this bring your family some comfort at this difficult time.

Oh we are so sad to hear that this sweet , gentle, handsome man has passed away. He and your Mom were our all time favorite neighbors. We will always remember his kindness and "Keane" sense of humor.
