Not sure what to say?

Dr John Kearney was one of the best teachers in our Social Science Department at George Williams College at Downers Grove, IL. He taught me first to think out of the box about Cultural Differences, Cross Cultural Communications and Diversity so much sooner than when I sought my graduate degree in 1996. He was a fair man as an instructor; you could not help to be drawn by his practice wisdom!! I missed his work after O graduated from George Williams College in 1980. I will always remember...

always in my heart

Thank you for being among the best of the best at GWC

I had the opportunity to be your student: learn from you and spend time sharing ideas, and you made a difference in my life.

John, you were a great teacher and friend. I learned a lot from you over 30 years ago that I still pally in my daily life...thank you

My condolences to John's family. One of my life's regrets is that my relationship with John ended after we left college. He was an unforgettable personality; clever sense of humor and a keen mind.

bless you, Dr. Kearny! you were always and delight and an inspiration!

My deepest sympathy to John's friends and family. You will be missed.

All I had to do was explain the answer better then I did on the written test and bam, my grade was "appreciated." In the process, I learned so very much about cross cultural communication, diversity, racism, tolerance, economic justice...You will be missed. Your skills at "appreciating" your students have touched so many in very profound...
