A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 11 AM in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter. In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory may be made to: K9's for Warriors or Community Hospice.

I am so sorry for our loss. I have so many memories with Jack growing up on 'the corner' as well as the times we were both in the Construction business. We spent many days together and we will always remember him. We admire what he did for our Country and his bravery goes without speaking about it. To all of his family be strong for a super warrior.
