John became a good friend and one of our regulars at Columbia Edgewater and other golf venues. He was always a delight to be around. I will very much miss him and his sharp sense of humor. My best to John and his family.

My deep condolences to John's family. Though expected at some point, it is still not easy when we lose our loved ones. But God's will be done. John was always the most lively one in any group, and like his father, charging into everything he did with gusto, putting his all into whatever he did. And this legacy lives on in his own family. A most worthy and well-lived life.
