I met Spike as a young girl in the late 1970´s, he worked quite a bit with my Mom and Step-Dad during development of QUAD, Inc., a non-profit that advocates independent living spinal cord individuals. Great guy who taught me so much about business and people, as he patiently answered all my questions. Or he´d send me to Gary Ward, MD. Sorry to hear this sad news and for your family´s loss
