Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Andy's beloved sister Pat and all his many friends. On the way to his celebration of life now, my brain is filled with so many memories over the last 40 years. He blessed our family during many visits to our home with great hugs, lots of laughs, and many conversations about life. We shared a love of drives in the Flint Hills, art, mystery books, diner coffee mugs, and sharing life stories. He will be forever in our hearts. He is missed.

To a nice man from a friend

A friend

Andy was a big part of my life for many years. My love for the flint hills, camping, appreciation for the arts and pottery and my love for bluegrass and "good old" country music are inspired from the times that we spent together. I have some nice ceramic AK pieces that I proudly display and use often.

I knew Andy as a friend and my compassionate hero. Although I only had a short glimpse of his aim, I knew what was most important to him was others. A man of principles, Andy touched my life with a view of what has happened and what we can be. Every day of our life can filled with hope, and through others we can make it happen. I will alway remember the generosity of your time with me. Thank you

Andy was as good a friend as you could ever hope to find. Andy was intelligent, thoughtful, funny, and honest. I will miss him so much.

What a wonderful picture of a great man. I wish I had it in my possession. I will always remember Andy, his friendship and devotion to his passions. He was a good friend and I will miss him.

Happy journey my Friend !

Rest John, until you hear at dawn, the low, clear reveille of God. Thank you for your service to this nation. U.S. Army, Lieutenant.
