John's inspiration and encouragement to me at Eastern Airlines significantly contibuted to my successful and satisfying current career at United Airlines. May you rest in peace, counselor.

Was a pleasure to work with John at both FAA and Eastern Airlines. His contribution to his country during WW2, and Aviation industry in following years, will be remembered by many. Gail S. Dow

John,
You were a great friend and would always be dearly missed.
May God bless your soul in peace.
Your friend,
Al.

I will miss John very much, he was a wonderful friend and person.

Be certain John that the peace, love and understanding you shared with us will be passed on to others! Your instruction on how to set my sails to catch the Wind; the importance of the latin proverb "if there is no wind-- row"; and how truly great it is to enjoy blue skies and tailwinds will never ever be forgotten! My thoughts and prayers are with your family. You are loved and will be greatly missed! Mark Meyer [email protected]
