Not sure what to say?

To Suzie, the entire family and to all those who new and loved John. I am heart broken and so, so sorry for your loss!! John and I worked together at Joseph Hughes Construction back in the day and were friends for a few years during my time in Portland. He was a awesome, generous guy with a cherub demeanor, infectious laugh and smile that warmed the room on contact. Rest in Peace my old friend and may God Bless you with all his heart.

Dear Thea, Elinor, Susie, Kim and all who knew or were related to John: My deepest condolences. He was a funny guy full of charm. Sorry for your loss.
Ryan Lawrence family friend from Riverdale times.

Remembering John's smile, laugh and kind soul.

So sorry to hear the news. Way too soon. I am very sorry for your loss. I remember he was one of the best on a BMX bike or a runner sled in the ice storms.

Susie, Kim, Thea, and all the rest, So sorry to hear about John. I lost my son , Jimbo when he was about 52. It breaks your heart to loose a child and I hope you will find comfort knowing that he is in a good place and will be well cared for by all those who proceeded him. God Bless. Susie DeFrancisco

Sending love. I remember his smile.

My condolences to John's entire family and his friends who loved him over the years. John, you were a gentle and loving soul who would go out of your way to help people - even when you needed help yourself.

I'm so sad we won't have a chance to reunite again on this earth, but if there is a place we all go at the end of this journey I look forward to seeing you there.

You were loved by many, John. I hope you are at peace.
Robin

I'm gonna take a Sentimental Journey,
Gonna set my heart at ease.
Gonna make a Sentimental Journey,
to renew old memories.
I got my bags, I got my reservations,
Spent each dime I could afford.
Like a child in wild anticipation,
Long to hear that, "All aboard!"
