Not sure what to say?

Tears come into my eyes as I remember dear John. He had such a spirit of adventure. I remember him telling me about how he was learning to snowboard. At the time, we were both in our mid-forties, so I thought how daring it was of him take up such a dangerous sport, but that was John always looking for something new to learn.

I MISS MY GRANDPA!!!

My deepest sympathy to John's family. He was a wonderful teacher at Mead School and his love for his students was evident in his teaching. I will always remember how he welcomed me into the Mead School family. I was glad to call him a friend.

To the family of John Kimmet, you have my deepest sympathy and have been in my thoughts and prayers. This past week has brought back many happy memories of the Kimmet reunions I have been blessed to attend. I am sorry that Rick and I won't be able to attend the funeral, you will certainly be on our minds and in our prayers. Sending lots of love and hugs.

I am so saddened to hear of John's death, and ache for all his family. I had the pleasure of being on the third grade teaching team with John for more than 10 years. We spent many hours together meeting as a third grade team, and John would use his wit when we got too serious in our discussions. He was a wonderful teacher, colleague, and friend.

To the John Kimmet Family
I wish to share My condolences on John's death
I first met John in High School Jr year- this led to the Ferry Street garage ,with it's projects-and House visits. A memory of camping on the bluffs, Visits to the Ferryville farm-work projects there and of course the Children, -these are all wonderful memories of the Man, Father, Grandfather, Teacher, Friend . Our thoughts are with your Family at this time.
