John Patrick Kinahan, of Westchester, formerly of LaGrange Park, age 74. Beloved husband of Kathleen, nee McMahon; loving father of Erin (Heath) Kinahan Ross and John (Caroline) Kinahan; proud grandfather of Brandon Franklin, Aidan Ross and Andrew and Catherine Kinahan; dear brother of Ellen (Walt) Laechel and Kathleen (Gerald) Kowalewski preceded in death by his brothers James and Anthony (Christa) Kinahan and parents Anthony and Ellen “Nell” Kinahan; fond brother-in-law of Robert (Kathy) Roche, Mary Claire Mulvihill; and the late John F. III (late Ellen) Roche, Patrick (late Joyce “Marcie”) Roche, Elizabeth (Stephen) Kennedy and Kevin McMahon; fond uncle of many. Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Chapel Prayers Thursday 9:15 AM, going to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, LaGrange, for 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass. The Funeral Mass will be available via livestream at https://www.facebook.com/SFXParish.LG (account not required). Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
