Not sure what to say?

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you. Take care of yourself and of everyone else.

I was very sorry to hear of your loss.I enjoyed watching and knowing John for many years.

Dear Giesla and family, So sorry to hear of Johnnies passing. He was a great guy to know. We are Ralph and Pat Foster, who have moved on to Idaho. We thought of you when Connie told us about him. Our sympathies to you all.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help at this time.

One of the last of our industries greatest generation. His smile and wisdom will be missed.

I will sure miss good oie Johny, and all the good times, and conversations we use to have, since the ninteen fifties.

I am sorry I can't attend Johnny's funeral, so am glad of this chance to extend my condolences to Gisela and the whole family. My Dad, Dale Cranford, kept a series of FV at Johnny's landing in the 1970ies. He always went to visit Johnny whenever he returned to Eureka. I last talked to you after Dad died in January of 06...I hope Dad and Johnny are enjoying each other's company once again. My heart goes out to those left behind however.

I met Johnny many years ago, thru my father-in-law Jake Lorensen. He was always smiling and enjoying the people around him. He MADE Buhne Point, as it was called. He was a true pioneer. Scouting will miss him also. He was a strong supporter of Boy Scouts. He will be missed by many.

I remember Johnny from Kiwanis as a friend of Barry Adams as I worked with Barry at KIEM-KRED Radio for many years. I also remember him from Johnny's Marina & Boat Dock at King Salmon. My ex-husband launched our boat there many, many times. Johnny was a wonderful person, always so gracious to everyone and will truly be missed. My condolences to the family.
