Not sure what to say?

On behalf of countless students thank you for your inspiration and kind support which transformed so many of our lives. It is not possible to put into words how much you contributed to so many lives

I deeply regret I was unable to attend the funeral. He was an inspirational figure in my life and whilst he taught me history I think he also encouraged me and all his students to think independently and to become better people. I am sorry I was not able to say goodbye or tell him how grateful I was to have been helped and supported by him. He never forgot a face or name and in my opinion he lived a very useful life.

Mr King was a wonderful teacher who I met at St Barts. He taught me US politics and inspired me to follow my love of the subject. I ended up dropping out of 6th form and working in Tesco, he would come and say hello and encouraged me to keep going. Ended up doing a politics ba at York shortly after! What an amazing teacher!

It was a pleasure to have known you John. Thanks for the happy times we spent at Enborne. David s
