John F. KIRK Jr.

I was a student at University of Florida in 1951. John was a dorm mate and our friendship grew. We had many expeditions around Gainesville along with another dorm mate Bill France Jr. I took them duck hunting in a prairie located east of Hawthorne, where I grew up. My college career was interrupted by military service and unfortunately never saw each of them again. I waited too long to try to reconnect and that makes me sad.
