John Neal Klemer, 72, Bismarck, died Nov. 16, 2000, in a Bismarck hospital. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church, Bismarck, with the Rev. Mary Porter officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bismarck.
