John´s sad passing was acknowledged with a moment of silence on Acklin´s Island, a past fishing spot of John´s, by myself and several of his flyfishing friends, Vince, Rod, Tom, Jeff, and Mike, wishing him an eternity of perfect casts and endless "tight lines," hair blowing under his blue visor, rod in hand, eyes on the horizon, looking for that next fish.
