I'm so sorry. As were all of his family, he was an exceptional person and friend. He and brother Mike shared a gift for humor which I'm sure will be appreciated and treasured on "the other side. One of the disadvantages of moving away is that I've been so out of touch. You and your family have my deepest sympathy and most hearfelt condolences. And while I HATE electronic notes, the other disadvantage is the absence of mailing addresses.
